sailing into miami Day 2 and 3...

Sailing to Miami Days 2 & 3 and some
really cool homes...

So day two saw us, well me work on Avant-Garde and some other things while Koa and Jessica worked on the boat even though they started very late to work on the engine and then I sat myself down to working on getting the word out for our new introduction of Avant-Garde's new logo image which is a much more modern logo with the very modern and trendy color Lime green with a very nice dark color border which is actually our initials AG. A great design by Edward Saunders, our creative director and one of our owners and managing partners. Look for lots of changes n the next few weeks as we re-introduce our site and our new business plan with regards to sales..

Avant-Garde New Logo...

Getting back to our sailing adventure both Jessica and Koa actually got things done yesterday with the motor and i expect that at some point today we ill finally depart for Miami waters but having crashed last weekend and having my spare crashed as well by my friend who was taking it to me after my crash has made this trip just something I simply can not afford to do the entire time without having yet another friend pick me up somewhere along the trip on Indian River to go and check on m cars, yes plural and other accident related matters as well as a whole slew of other important items I have to attend to with regards to Avant-Garde. Regardless we will be somewhere along our trip and I will meet them again after I take care of the things I have to do..

So this time it seems that we will make it down to Miami and everything so far is still telling me that. Oh by the way the heat jas not been as bad this time since up here we have had cooler nights.. and honestly, that single little difference makes it bearable during the day..

I will let you know later today or tomorrow once we set sait and are actually on our way from here and toward Miami.. Until then..

A futuristic Japanese Home..

Futuristic Japanese Private Residence in Setagaya, Tokyo, this house like cube design and low energy use, because more glass and hole for lighting, Japanese architects are well known for their experimental, contemporary, futuristic architecture, Very contemporary from the outside it has unusual shape and materials which cover walls. Creative Architect inspiration build some innovation for this house became beautiful and strong

Absolutely amazing home.. Big, practical, modern, contemporary and in my opinion breathtaking.. This is one nice Japanese home...And its a large open house, which is rare in Japan due to Space concerns..

A Very Futuristic Looking Home...

Villa F Vienna Austria interior design was made with cutting edge technologies in mind. villa project manager: Mag. Conrad Kroenke, fellow employee: Ali Shehabi, Brandner Sebastian, photos: Manfred Seidl. Walls were break up to create the open space which connects the entrepreneur’s working space with a lounge area, a bar and a kitchen. Many technical devices, such as screens are integrated in the custom furniture popping and turning out just by clicking the mouse of the notebook. Floor, wall and ceiling are unified with the same material, “corian”, a composite of marble powder and fiberglass. A huge aquarium with a delicately generated computer graphic marks a blue contrast in the white. LED lighting and sound systems are controlled from the computer, merging the digital world with the physical interior environment. Let’s see this Fantastic Modernists Villa F Vienna Austria

Boxy White modern homes...

Boxy White, modern & contemporary homes...

For some reason the box style homes have always appealed to me and in fact I use to think when i was a kid that it had to be a box to be considered modern futuristic homes and that al the cool minimal furniture we now find throughtout the homes of the world had to be only in these box like hoes, which I happen to love. I love the way they feel, look, and the color white, which is the primary color in most these homes does not even bother me because I find the concept so interesting...

Enjoy the following pictures of two such homes....

A very boxy modern townhouse...

The Contemporary Townhouse was designed by Swedish architects Elding Oscarson, Located in Landskrona, Sweden. Behind the row of buildings is a colorful world of back yards, brick walls, sheds, and vegetation. We find this small-scale, motely, naturally worn place extremely beautiful. The openness to all directions generates a building both monolithic and transparent. All facades are treated equally, exposing the interior and offering views through the building with similar apertures whether on the front, back or sides. The neigboring facades are closed, yet there is something deeply humane about their tactility, detailing, and ornaments. We want to contribute to the street with a faded border to the private sphere, with artifacts, furniture, plants, and patios; traces of human presence, consideration, and care.

Stunning.. I mean from the first picture I was hooked.. Can you guess why.. because look how it stands out from the rest of the homes i the group.. Its by far the nicest but also the most unique, modern, and styled house on the block.., Great design..

A very boxy, modern home...

This House was designed by OmasC architects, Modern contemporary house Located in Candamo, Spain. The rural site has enough parking near by which is connected to the house using stone slabs resting on the ground. The house consists of two parts attached to each other and serve as day and night areas.

Absolutely incredible.. The outside opend up into a cozy, beautiful, what seems to be very practical home on the inside and it looks and feels very modern indeed.. Great design, concept, and I love the interior...
